Abde’a Cultural Licenses Platform
The Ministry of Culture enhances its active role in building a future full of creativity and cultural expression through the “Abde’a” virtual platform, which opens the door to partnership with the private sector and provides support and empowerment for cultural activity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by issuing cultural licenses and permits for Saudi and resident practitioners and talents in all fields of creativity, including architecture and design. This is to enable them to engage in culturally supportive activities and contribute to the sector’s growth.
