Designed in Saudi This seal serves as a mark of quality and control granted to products that meet specific criteria through undergoing a series of evaluations to ensure each product’s authenticity and adherence to human-centric values from the concept to the final product. the seal is granted by a committee comprising both local and international industrial design experts led by Dr. Sumayah Al-Solaiman, CEO of the Architecture and Design Commission.

Seal Products Design in Saudi Arabia

Al-Ula Candle

Made with natural soy wax offering biodegradable, eco-friendly and safe-to-breathe product. The candle consists of essential oil extracts from cardamom and saffron that is prepared by Saudi candle-making specialists, to represent the hospitality of AlUla. The candle holder is made of white clay pottery, covered by translucent protection material and wrapped in natural palm leaf woven by Alula artisans with local embroidery techniques and naturally-derived turmeric and cochineal colors.

Dina Carrom Gaming Table

The Dina gaming table was designed to modernize the spirit of traditional carrom tables. The modern shape, functionality of this design and its fun nature makes it appealing to the players. The table integrate gaming with contemporary furniture resulting in a bold, intriguing look that successfully represents tradition and modern.

Qaws

A versatile piece that adapts to the user’s needs. Qaws can be a seat, a coffee table, or shelves when stacked. The modular design resembles a puzzle, allowing for limitless configurations. It honors the transformative nature of Islamic arches founded in the negative space. Made form reclaimed and locally sourced materials of trees that grew on the streets of Jeddah. Each piece has a unique story. Available in Teak, Beech, Mahogany, and Oak Wood.

Red Bookcase

The dark red bookcase is a statement piece designed to accommodate a robust personal library, its extended lines and layered steps provide the users with the freedom to organize their books, allows for spiritual isolation within its elements. covered in high-quality oak veneer. It enhances the natural beauty of the wood while delivering a sophisticated, contemporary look.

Bench 51

A Bench made of the sleeper of the first railway in Saudi Arabia. In 1951, King Abdulaziz Al Saud launched the first rail line to transport crude oil with the help of Aramco. After 70 years, this design came to celebrate the history of the region by reusing the railway wood, preserving its natural effects and cracks left by decades of scorching sun. The designers aim to contribute to sustainability by reuse the wood and create unique products using untreated materials to maintain its original essence.
